If your charging process is interrupted or any other malfunction occurs, please try restarting the charging session. For some vehicles, the central locking system must be activated during charging. Opening the car door may also interrupt the charging process.

If the issue appears to be with the charging station itself, please fill out the form below so we can restore service as quickly as possible.

Possible indicators of a station malfunction include:

• An error code is shown on the station’s display.
• One or more red LEDs are lit on the charging station.
• No LEDs are lit and the station’s display remains dark.
• The charging process does not start or keeps getting interrupted.

If your charging process is cancelled or another fault occurs, please restart the charging process. In some vehicles, the central locking system must be locked during charging. Opening the car door can also lead to the charging process being cancelled.
Station faults can look as follows:

1. the charging station shows an error code on the display.
2. one or more red LEDs light up on the charging station.
3. no LEDs are lit and the charging station display is dark.
4. the charging station does not start charging or the charging process is cancelled repeatedly.
